What is Peak Ability?

Peak Ability brings together small groups of team members to learn how to practice self-awareness and self care. This is done through both weekly accountability sessions and daily check-ins using the Founders First App.

High Impact Weekly Accountability Sessions

During the weekly accountability sessions, a trained faciliator will guide your team through a laser-focused Peak Ability session. In the 30-minute meeting, your team members will set their weekly intentions. Through the app, they can also support team members within the same Peak Ability group, and celebrate their wins together.

Daily Check-Ins on the Founders First Mental Wellness App

We’ll provide your employees with access to the Founder’s First app, where they’ll be able to track how they’re feeling, be reminded of their daily goals, and be encouraged to participate in wellness activities.
